I was man! She took no breaks at all (then again the only breaks we have are like lemme show you this pose) in the hour and a half we were there and she even wanted us to move from the back to the front, like it’s a big empty room does it matter where you teach from ???? But, in the end, I kinda liked how she did it anyways, it was organized and in order, and I felt good after it and it was my exercise for the day meaning I didn't have to go to the gym later.

Mel reblogging all this Juanes reminds me of how the only reason I know him is from listening to the radio when I lived in Europe. I can't remember a single time I've listened to a regular "hits" station in America and heard even one song that wasn't 99% English (as I typed this I remembered Gangnam Style, which amazed me to hear on the radio). More significantly, something like 80% of the artists on the radio here are American, based in America or from English speaking countries. It's really telling of the mainstream attitude here. Not looking out at the world to see what it has to offer. When I lived overseas you'd hear a Polish song followed by a German song followed by an American song and completed with something beautiful in Spanish. My mum and dad are the same age, she grew up, in Australia, he grew up in America and the difference in the music they grew up with is startling. She knows every song he does. But he doesn't know half of what my mum heard. It's so sad. Please broaden your horizons yourselves because American media will try and convince you there is barely any foreign music worth listening to. Don't let them deprive you of song.

This kid has very deep issues, they're like so filled with meaningless hate it's really really sad.
