So… I want to tell you a little more about Mary. She’s the most epic and deeply developed character I’ve ever created. Almost all of her lore and personality live inside my R.E.P.O. stories — and I’m planning to start posting them here very soon (I just discovered that you can actually drop really long texts on Tumblr!).

For the past 4 years I’ve been under constant pressure from our fascist dictatorial regime (yes, I live in Russia — someone please get me out of here, aaaaaaaa). A regime that forces me to stay silent. I can’t even whisper the tiniest criticism of the government without risking 10+ years in prison. This silence is slowly killing me from the inside… A soul born to be free cannot survive in a cage.

And then, suddenly, all that accumulated pain (not only from the regime, but from everything else too) poured out into Mary’s story and her adventures. At first she was just a character inspired by other people’s semibot OCs — basically “haha funny robot with a wig and cat ears”. But step by step she grew into something much bigger: a mirror of my soul, a piece of me.

I think I might have gone too far, turning a goofy big-eyed robot into something genuinely epic… but well, what happened happened. Get ready for my stories. Some will be light, silly and fun — others heavy, even tragic and epic, born straight from the pain inside me.

Ummmm... Hello, guys... I'm EndeRaptoR (or just Maria).

Well, I registered here recently to share my R.E.P.O. fan arts...

I don't know what to say first... So I'll just show my OCs... 🥺👉👈

MARY [M4-R1]

She is a 30 y.o. semibot that was created to protect new semibots on their missions and teach them how to deal with different dangers.

Her stats are just a bit higher than a default semibot's cause she supposed to help, not to do all work instead of them.

Also she is a master of the sword (her primary weapon), which can be held directly by hands or with tractor beam.

Mary loves to draw a lot, it's her main hobby. She sees beauty almost in everything, and wants to draw different things in all its beauty (semibots, animals, plants, nature, etc...). But not the monsters. For her aesthetic look most monsters looks really ugly, so she just kills them without any regrets.

Mary has her own gallery places on the outskirts of the town. It's a small two-story house that she furnished, so after years it was transformed from ruins into a nice-looking building.

Was mostly lonely semibot just working on Taxman, drawing in her free time and waiting for visitors in her gallery.

At least some things changed when Mary have met Mint and he decided to stay with her in gallery.

She have got really loyal friend that makes her more happy and less lonely! Sometimes Mary can be still melancholic, dreaming of something...

Also Mary has some scars on her right side, which she got in fight with Reaper, saving Mint, and decided do not remove them for more formidable appearance.

MATTHEW [M4-TTW]

He is the sole survivor of a special semibot group designed to protect Taxman against human threats.

One day a group of humans almost discovered Taxman's server location, deciding to destroy it.

Knowing he is in danger, Taxman quickly created a specialized group of semibots to get rid of those people.

Now, after years of conflict with humans, Matt is only one left of the group.

He programmed to be hostile to the humans, so he mindlessly attacks every human he sees, he barely can control it.

Very loyal to the Taxman. Matt respects him as his creator.

Anyways in future Matt's soul will take control over the program, so he can choose to attack human or not.

Matt's weapons are compact laser gun and razor sharped claws (unretractable).

Matthew's home (or base) is a small wooden house in the forest, where he stays when some rest needed.

He knows Mary, she has drawn an art for him on his request. Matt liked it, and now he loves to visit Mary pretty often. Seems like he's kinda interested in her...

MINT [M1-NT]

Amongst the ruins still a lot of hard-to-reach places where more compact bots needed. And Mint being small and nimble is a perfect one! But he needs some extra protection considering his lightweight construction, so he always works under the protection of stronger semibots. He is really scared to be left alone. One day Taxman hired Mary to protect Mint for some quick mission. They both were working well together and everything seemed easy, so they split up to explore the area. Suddenly, Reaper has appeared and noticed Mint. Small semibot ran away but accidentally turned to the long corridor with the dead end. Mint called Mary for help and she has come as fast as possible. She saw Reaper is quickly approaching Mint... Usually Mary acts far more deliberate and tactical, but the current situation left her no choice. She had to take all the risks and charge at the enemy. Mary jumped right between them and began to attack Reaper pushing her away from the Mint. All descended into chaos. The air was pierced by the shriek of steel as the two foes slashed mercilessly at each other, driven by a desperate need to destroy one another. After pretty short fight Reaper was defeated and only pink glowing sphere left... Mary was damaged, a lot of scars covered her body, but she was alive. Mint was really admired.

Mint: Wow... Tha... thank you. I didn't expect anyone to fight for my life so fiercely...

Mary: That's my job! But you know... I've never felt so strong urge to defend someone before... Like you're my close friend or something... That hard to explain. Have we... got some special connection...?

After mission Mint happily followed Mary to her art gallery where he decided to stay, considering this place as safe. And he promised to help Mary with the repairs and the cleaning!
