Little Dude - Text to Matt
Keith: Dude.
Keith: Dude.
Keith: DUDE!
Keith: Come ON! I'm worried about you bro. What is going on? I've stopped by like 5 times this week and you're never home.
Keith: Just...just tell me you're okay. You would tell me if you're not okay, right?
Not Alone || Keith+Matt
Fields Residence | Day after the blue moon
Keith stood at the front door of the Fields’ residence unsure of what to do. He had gotten word of what happened pretty quickly because of Jason. He had a missed call from Matt, missed because he was driving a drunk ass sorority girl and her boyfriend home, and he felt horrible for not taking it -- he didn’t get the voice mail until noon. Now Matt wasn’t answering his phone and so Keith found himself at the front door, uninvited, knowing that no matter what else was going on, he was needed there now.
When Keith’s dad died it was painful and unfair. Battling cancer for so long, it was a hard fight, and in some ways it was a relief when the man finally passed. Nathaniel Fields was not battling sickness, was not seeing the last days of his life tick down, and didn’t deserve to die. It wasn’t the first time that Keith was suspicious that something more sinister was going on in the town, but Jason wouldn’t talk about it.
With chocolate chip ice cream and a couple of coconut lime slurpees in hand, the Hangover trilogy in his back pocket, as well as the blanket that his mother made him when he was small, Keith took a deep breath, raising his hand, and knocked on the door.
Playing a game II Matt & Jacob
Mickeys... not a place he had visited often until now, but he remembered his name from the first time he had met Matt. He had thought it a good idea to come her without Erik, just to check on the guy, see what he knew and what not, and how they could best teach him a lesson. After all, he probably didn’t even know yet Jacob was a vampire, even though that would probably change pretty fast, and with Erik around, especially Erik in the mood he was in now, chances were it would turn out to be a bloodbath pretty fast. Jacob liked to play first, and that was exactly what he was planning to do now. He walked over to the bar where he already saw the boy standing. “Hello Matt, wasn’t it? Long time no see...”
