a lotta clothes for seadwwellers really jus depends on the material honestly like fishnet shirts for instance aint really need ta havve em cuz they already got holes ta begin wwith ya knoww but if its jus one a those materials wwhere like its made a non porous materials wwhere like for instance wwith tarps ya see em laid out on shit an it jus collects wwater instead a soakin in or through the material thats wwhen theres usually some sorta wway around that like the holes in the side or makin em cropped for instance it really jus depends on the material itself an the fashion an or function behind it
