Sometimes it is so heartbreaking when you see other people study hours upon hours with no problem, and yet you just cannot do the same. You feel like a failure and keep asking yourself "what is wrong with me", "why am I like this", "why can't I be like them". And you feel so, so guilty even though you should be proud of the fact you got something done today. "But it was only 30 minutes of studying! They studied close to six hours!".
That's when I always remind myself "a little is more than nothing". I did something today, that's more than nothing. It's a step that takes me forward and sometimes a step IS enough. It's okay not to be able to do same workloads as others, we are all different and that's just that. As long as you do even a tiny bit, it is always more than nothing. It's okay to take it slow.
