But are you sure about that? The Andris Wing Staff? I suppose since it has the ability to elementally charge, there’s a point where it becomes stronger than Hermit Staff. Whether that point is feasible is a different thing. Time to roll up the sleeves though.
Hermit Staff can be Special Upgraded for 84 MAtk, can receive 20 MAtk from rolls and upgrades and can receive 100 Int from Artisan.
Andris Wing Staff can be elementally charged, receive 9 MAtk from upgrades and receive 70 Int from Artisan.
And today, Milletian will be a person who:
knows Lightning Bolt, Bolt Mastery, Lightning Mastery and Magic Weapon Mastery at rank 1.
has 80% Spell Balance.
always keeps his staff maximum Elemental Level.
received the Andris’ Wing Staff from a friend and wants to know if it’s useful.

The formula for Magic Damage is:
(Base + MAtk * SpellConstant)(1 + LM + BM + MWM + StaffMultiplier)
Setting them equal to each other, you get:
(128 + (x + 124) * 0.54)(1.3 + 1.5) = (128 + (x + 23) * 0.54)(1.45 + 1.5)
When you solve for them, you find out that your MAtk needs to be over 1625 in order for Andris Wing Staff to surpass Hermit’s Staff.
It’s not at all feasible.
