Hey guys, for all you people that like Yuri!!!on Ice. I'm going to go off on a limb here. I may be right, may be wrong, but it's still a good thought to take some time into thinking it. But what if the reason the creators of Yuri!!! On Ice wanted to make that cliffhanger of Macachin's "near death of steamed buns" a message to the viewers. We know that he had a dog in the past just like him: Vichan But we also see him looking at a bigger version(a.k.a Macachin) just tackling him at his house. Well what I'm trying to say is...well maybe this is a symbol of some sort. The past Vichan, was dead. Sort of like Yuri's past self. He hadn't had any sort of self confidence cause he was always loosing and never had the chance to man up and push on. But when the "new Vichan"(Macachin) comes into his life. It's sort of like a symbol of what he will be in the future. Something big and strong. Now that Macachin may or may not die, it's still a struggle nonetheless. It could be a foreshadow that Yuri struggles in the next competition because Victor isn't by his side. His "Vichan" isn't there to protect him now that they will be apart.
