Hiii, is anyone still here? Hello then !!

Happy new year!🥳

The last month, I:

• taught myself the basics of machine learning

• trained a random forest model and predicted some first scenes for the land cover classification part in my masters thesis

• learned a lot about remote sensing I should’ve already known from my undergrad studies but well covid summer term 2020, oops

And let me tell you, I was struggling. But I kinda made it (the ML part. almost! Not yet. But I’m close!)

I also found a cute library close to me I’ll be going to more often when it comes to the writing-heavy part of the thesis!! heh also I made a chunky matcha latte heart!! Isn’t it cute 💫
