Page 16. ---- Theft of Machinery Parts Prevented Operation This Morning. ---- NEW WESTMINSTER, Jan. 12.- The machine shop of the Westminster Mills Ltd., Queensborough, was broken Into Monday night. The padlock was removed from the door, and a number of wrenches, chisels and other tools were stolen. The filing shop was broken into and emery wheels were stolen. Theft of nuts and bolts from the machinery prevented operation of the plant this morning.
