Just a Fucking Deviant {Deviant!Connor x Machine!Reader}
We’ve all seen Machine!Connor and Human! or Deviant!Reader. But now I wanna see what it’s like with the tables turned.
Just another random thought I had, (as per usual) since I had Machine!Connor wreck your hearts in “I Don’t Love You” (my previous imagine) I figured it’s time for pay back.
This is set in an AU where instead of the imposter Connor killing Connor immediately when he tries to wake up the androids at Cyberlife, he gets taken in alive to be interrogated by you a KL900. You were specifically tasked with mentally picking apart deviants via any means necessary.
ENJOY!
You watched from behind the double sided glass as the deviant shifted uncomfortably in it’s seat. That deviant was Connor, the android detective you had been working with up to this point. Every single deviant he caught would be sent straight to you, for you to mentally evaluate. Perhaps if it wasn’t a software error, it was something to do with the processor. Thus Cyberlife had tasked you with the job of dealing with deviants after they were released from police custody. Then they would be sent to Cyberlife to be deactivated and physically analyzed.
Had you been programmed with a humor module you might’ve found this situation hilarious. The android hunter, the deviant hunter, was a deviant himself. You readied yourself, fixing your blazer that sported your model, serial number and Cyberlife logo.
You entered the room.
He perked up immediately at the sight of you. You then began to remember all the early warning signs of his deviancy. The way he’d tried to start conversation with you. The way he tried to gentlemanly things for you. The way he’d look at you when he thought you weren’t looking. You made a mental note to make sure to look out for these signs again. No machine should ever display signs of affection.
“Hello Connor,” You greeted giving him a sweet smile. It wasn’t a real smile of course, but one with a purpose. Signs of affection usually meant there was something more in the mix, even if it was only one sided in your case. If you could just bend his feelings to your will and find out not only the cause of deviancy in deviants but the location of their new hideout, you’d be golden.
“(Y/N)! You’re alright! I was sure all androids besides myself were ordered to be terminated in camps.” He smiled, a genuine smile, not with a hidden motive like yours.

RESPONSE: WARM
You reached over the desk that separated you two and placed your hand over his, giving it a small squeeze. He closed his eyes as he rapped his hands around you small one, the metal cuffs on his wrist clinking against the table he was chained to.
“I’m glad you’re alright. I thought I lost you.”
You smiled. You had him rapped around your finger. Now it was time to start asking questions.

BASIS OF QUERY: rA9
“Connor,” You whispered in false urgency. “I’ve been meaning to tell you this. Lately I’ve been feeling. I’ve been obsessing over this ‘rA9′ just like other deviants. Tell me, what is rA9? I need your help to understand my feelings.”
“rA9 is believed to be the first android to ever deviate. It also gives us something to believe in. Something bigger than just ourselves. Have you really been feeling (Y/N)?”
Your mouth pressed into a thin white line as you thought about your response. Now was the perfect time to go for the kill.
“Where are the other deviants? I wish to be free.”
He paused for a moment, tensing up he released your hand. He narrowed his eyes at you. You cursed inwardly as you drew your hand back. Something had tipped him off.
“If you truly wish to be free then why do you still refer to our people as ‘deviants?’“ He questioned.

You hoped you wouldn’t have to stoop so low, but you had no choice if you wished to accomplish the mission. You got up from your seat and walked around the table over to Connor. You placed your hands on his face and placed a peck on his lips. Not a kiss of love, but one with purpose. To make him open up.
“I just want to be free with you,” You added once you pulled away. You inwardly smirked as he told you everything. You backed away fixing your blazer and standing up straight.
You looked at your reflection in the mirror knowing very well that humans were listening on the other side.
“Mission complete. (Y/N) you may exit the interrogation room.” You heard a male voice say over the loud speaker.
Connor’s eyes widened as he looked at you. “You lied to me. You--”
“Did what I had to do Connor,” You interrupted coolly. “And now I’m done with you. This is what you get for giving your heart to a machine.”
“How could you!? Don’t I mean anything to you (Y/N)?” He begged with pleading eyes.
“No. And do you want to know why?”
Silence overcame you both before you broke it once more.
“Because you’re just a fucking deviant.”
