Oat pancakes with frozen mango yogurt, banana and raspberries: Pancake mix: 1/2 cup uncle Toby oats 1 scoop protein powder 1/4 cup almond milk 2 egg white 1tsp agave syrup Whip egg whites to stiff peak and put aside, put rest of ingredients blender and blend. Fold in egg whites and cook on low heat. Should be light and fluffy. Mango frozen yogurt: 1 mango 1 cup low fat yogurt 1 tbs stevia Blend mango flesh and mix through yogurt with stevia. Place in freezer and whisk every half hour till frozen stuff. To serve put two pancakes with 2 scoops of frozen yogurt, 1 banana and some frozen raspberrys. Honey is optional.
