Mad Stan
An unhinged nonconformist radical, Stanley ‘Mad Stan’ Labowski became convinced that informational overload was causing society to crumble. He expounded on how ‘The Man’ and ‘The System’ was trying to keep regular citizens oppressed by constantly bombarding them with huge amounts of information and stimuli. Furthermore, he stated the only way to free society from this oppression was to blow everything up. In truth, Stan was merely angry, isolated and turned to extremism as an excuse to indulge his obsession with demolitions.
Armed with a wide spectrum of explosive devices, Stan would target whatever event or institution captured his attention. This included an effort to blow up the public library archive and an attempt to cause an explosion at a reelection fundraiser for Gotham District Attorney Sam Young. In these various attacks, Mad Stan was time and again thwarted and defeated by Batman (Terry McGinnis).
In combat, Stan would tend to devolve into a blinding rage. This was a near dissociative state where he was able to demonstrate greatly enhanced strength and durability. He proved a very formidable match for Batman, yet the hero was ultimately able to use Mad Stan’s mania against him, tricking the berserker into doing something foolish and incapacitating himself.
A later encounter saw Stan subverting the naive android known as Zeta in a plan to destroy the Department of Health. Once more the scheme was stopped by Batman and Mad Stan was institutionalized at a secure mental health facility.
Actor/musician Henry Rollins provided the voice for Mad Stan, with the explosive villain first appearing in the twenty-second episode of the first season of Batman Beyond, ‘Rats.’
Mad Stan tried to join The Jokerz, but was kicked for being too intense and lacking a sense of humor.
Honestly now that I think of it, I don’t think I ever saw fanart of Mad Stan. I genuinely love how much he loves his dog

tbh instead of trying to force the joker to be the “anarchy means burn it all down just to see what happens” villain, batman writers should just use mad stan
