17, 20, and 23. ESSAY IT OUT I DEMAND WOMAN

17. Which character do you wish you were siblings/best friends/dating with?

Gonna answer with just one fandom to make it easier:

Siblings = Kurosaki Ichigo. He seems to be the type of older brother who is easily controled by a little sister. Hahaha

Best friends = Kuchiki Rukia. We would talk about cute and nonsense things while we share feels.

Dating = Orihime. Byakuya or Kaien. OR A HAREM LIKE RUKIA’S

20. If you could be a writer for any show/anime/manga/book series you wish, how might you develop the plot/characters?

Let me see. The one manga I would rewrite, I already told you my headcanons. No fun sharing it again hahahaha

Then: THE WALKING DEAD.

First thing to do is to remind Maggie and Beth that they have a sister and lifes outside of romance. It was frustating the lack of mutual mentions and caring they had one for the other, when Beth would need Maggie to find her more then Glenn did. I would have Maggie ask Rick and cia if they knew what happened to Beth and make it her personal arc to find her little sister.

Sasha and Bob’s relationship felt natural and both are good and complex characters. More screentime and participation in the storyline for them, even if it is as secondary characters (maybe helping Maggie find Beth? The three work together as a group).

About the plot, I would make Carol and Ty be the ones responsible for saving Rick and cia. By the way, it’s important to not forget the point in their friendship were they left  of, and to deal with both the revelation of what Carol did and the understanding for the decision to kill Lizzie. Lot’s of character potential there that can be easily overlooked if the writers decide it’s a complete story (even if it isn’t).

I want so bad to see Rick’s face when he discovers that Carol is the one who saved Judith. “I’m sorry for what I said and did”  and a hug between them, please, because these characters’ friendship was so important (she’s the one who was there for him when Lori died!).

That done, with Rick and Carol by his side, I would develop Daryl once again after the regression his character suffered by the second half of last season.

To end this, I would have more Michonne and Carl bonding times between all the cannibal and zombie killing. They are great together and I like the development and sharing of backstory their friendship gives to Michonne and also the potential to deal with Carl’s trauma after everything he did go through.

Oh! No more boring episodes focused in two immature characters and more episodes with character development. And plotlines like the one Carol had last season would have developed along the season, not left to be resolved in one episode.

23. Write a brief headcanon for one of your OTPs

I have this headcanon that everytime Rukia is near the ocean, she looks at her fukutaichou emblem and thinks about Kaien, about the possibility of a relationship if they had the chance (what makes her ashamed) or just he still alive with his wife (which is bittersweet). Their sin is as deep as the ocean, indeed, but never something more than just a possibility and mutual feelings.

I kind of made myself sad now hahahaha, here, have a happy headcanon: when Akira and Hikaru tell everyone that they started a relationship, people will react like “so? Weren’t you already married or something?” ‘cause they would have already being living together for YEARS and they’re silly people like that.

2. Name one of your favourite villains

Lucifer. ♥ Best Bible character. Doesn’t matter which adaptation he is on, he always stoles the scene. Be it Angel Sanctuary, Supernatural, a random movie. He is always awesome.

7. If you could live in any fictional universe which one would you live in?

15. If you were a fictional character in (insert universe here) what would you probably be doing and what life do you think you would have?

Let me see… Maybe Pokemon. Slaving poor animals and making them fight until they are too tired to continue fighting could be cool. Or terrible, now that I think about it and destroy my childhood.

Going with Harry Potter because chances are I would survive in this universe ‘cause I would stay out of the war and be a journalist witch. I would totally be the nice (and cunning) Slytherin student who’s best friend with a Ravenclaw and another Slytherin and we would hang out at the library and each other house’s table and common room. By the way, I probably wouldn’t care not even a little bit to all the house rivalry outside of Quidditch. But when it comes to sports and house points, I would be quite competitive. So yes, going with Harry Potter. XD

16. Who do you think is a misunderstood character?

I’m not too fond of some of fandom’s (and Tumblr’s) interpretation of characters in general. I think it’s too much black or white. There’s no shade of gray in between. Antagonists can’t have a good side without being a “poor misunderstood baby” and good characters can’t have bad days/make stupid decisions without becoming “assholes”. Although, I respect all interpretations (even if they do not agree with canon, as hard as it is to me to understand it), including the ones I can’t even understand how they come to be like that. 

That said, I’ll never understand how people come to the conclusion that Kaname Kuran was the evil being behind all the bad things that happened in Vampire Knight. He was a child who had just lost his parents and little sister while he discovered (little by little, as mini-Kaname from flashback didn’t seemed to know everything) that he was actually a vampire ancestral who his parents adopted because their biological baby had been used to ressurect Kaname. No wonder he had no self-esteem and wanted to die since… well, always. It was a mistake to free Shizuka, maybe, but her actions are hers and only hers (and maybe Ichiru’s).

The downfall of Kaname and Yuuki’s relationship was their lack of mutual respect for each other choices (the same could be said about Yuuki for Zero too). Kaname didn’t respect her agency over her vampirity/humanity and wanted to make Juuri’s dream of her daughter being human true once again (did I say he has serious mommy issues?), but so did Yuuki when she decided to make him human too without even trying to understand his mission and the purpose behind killing all pure bloods. Zero is no prince charming either. Everyone did bad things in VK. But it does not change that they had good qualities to them too.

Kaname is oh so broken and deep depression and suicidal tendencies in action, but also gentle and selfless. Always thinking of others before him. He can be cunning yes, but never capable of using someone like a pet (like Sara wanted to do with Zero). He made Zero Yuuki’s knight, but never forced him to be if he didn’t want to.  Ultimately he just wanted to see everyone happy by sacrificing himself. What he didn’t get was that a sacrifice of a life is never the answer for happiness for anyone, specially for him, the one sacrificed. I hope he can live happily with the third chance he got and this time, the depression will lose.

I have a lot of Kaname Kuran feels.

3, 4, 8 and 22

3. One male character that you look up to and why

Keep walking, Allen Walker! Shounen male main characters in general, tbh. I give up on things far too easily for my liking and so I admire how the main characters are completely incapable of ever giving up. I like the smile like you really mean it until you really do philosophy they have. Even when they are sad and in terrible situations, they never give up on making a better world and stay optimistic. I find the Shounen Jump usual cliche philosophy delightful and inspirational because of that.

4. One female character that you look up to and why

If she is named Sakura, you can be sure I look up to her! lol

I swear it’s all a coincidence, but my childhood hero was Kinomoto Sakura (the CardCaptor) and I wanted to be just like her when I grew up. When I did indeed become older than her (12 years old), I started Naruto and looked up to Haruno Sakura, who kind of grown old with me (but now I’m older than her too). Kinomoto was a hero, but she was still gentle and kind. She was my hero. Probably the first female hero I knew of!

Haruno is all kinds of special because she was a part of so many important years in my life and I just love how she too is gentle and kind, but is strong too and never give up. She goes from a normal 12 year old little girl with a crush and without really knowing what she wants in her life, to a young lady who wants to be the best kunoichi in the world and is one of the best medic nin (she is literally saving lifes all the time. So much for someone who is often called useless). Sakura speaks so much to the parts of me who felt I was too feminine and weak and at the same time was worried I wasn’t feminine at all. She encompass much of what it is to be female in our world, in my opinion. She’s often overlooked in favor of her male comrades, underestimated, have her self-esteen attacked, etc. But she grows up. She stops seeing her “not perfectly girly/educate/good girl” side as being bad and accepts who she really is. All while she goes after finding a teacher all by herself and asks the Hokage for training. Girl is amazing. No surprise that her Shippuden self stays just as awesome and grows to be even more lovable and independent and all kinds of strong (yes, all, because there’s no strenght like the one to defeat your own demons - and being as insecure as she was, she had a lot and still do have many to overcome). Haruno Sakura, dude. Haruno - queen of everything - Sakura.

Also! Lois Lane. It’s almost self-explanatory, really, as I’m studying to became a journalist.

22. Favourite type of AU?

I’m not a big fan of AU, unless it is a What if scenary. I think the characters backstories and the world they live in have a important part in making them who they are and if we take that way, they wouldn’t be the same anymore. It’s what makes Time Travel and the “What if?” events it could make fascinating for me. You know? “What if this scene had gone like this”. “What if these two had never died? How would their child’s life be like?”. “What if fulano had a brief encounter with his/hers older self before making a stupid call?”. “What if time could be changed?”Outside of What if scenarios (that have to be as close to canonical events as they can be that it almost feels real to canon), I just love Time Travel stories so much. Favorite fanfiction trope and favorite trope for books, movies, etc. too XD
