TV show. I really enjoyed it, it was very unusual and very different. Though it would have been kind of... better if he had superpowers and was ALSO mentally ill.

Do you know why red pandas tend to be housed in pairs or groups at zoos, while in the wild they tend to be solitary apart from when they mate? I'm assuming they're hoping for a breeding pair and cubs, but with most other species they only let breeding pairs interact during mating season?

It’s apparently because co-housing them before the breeding season means they fight less during it - they have more time to acclimate to each other and get used to being around before the stress and the hormones kick in. They’re pretty much only ever housed in male/female pairs rather than single-sex groups.

Adding to the homophobic comment/showing a reaction conversation: not showing a reaction to comments -does not- mean they can't be hurtful. I was bullied throughout elementary school and almost never showed any emotions/reactions to it, but I developed a serious social anxiety disorder, partly (if not completely) because of it.

Adding to the woman/girl discussion, I'd rather have people use woman to describe me (especially if they don't know my name), as in, "Don't step on that woman's skirt." A lot of people use lady also which I'm fine with personally. But using woman/girl to address me is unacceptable (i.e. "I'm talking to you, woman!")
