Hey everybody, Deanna here. There’s no easy way to make this announcement, so I’ll cut to the chase: I have decided to put Burning Maddox on an indefinite hiatus. It breaks my heart so much to do this, after five months of a lot of fun and a lot of hard work, but it has come to my attention that there’s been a serious lull within the group, one that I just don’t have the time to keep trying to mend. It’s not the first time we’ve had this issue, and everything just sort of comes back to it in one way or another. But I’d like to thank our members so much for all they’ve done for the group -- applying, keeping active, bringing to life the characters I cherish so dearly. I especially thank those who have been here since practically the beginning, and have stuck around through thick and thin. You have no idea how much it hurts me to put the group on hiatus.
But if anybody knows me, you should know this isn’t the end of Maddox. In one way or another anticipate its return, and when the time comes, I hope to see you all back. You’re welcome to continue roleplaying your characters for now on the dash, but I just ask that you please don’t bring them to other groups or whatnot. If you need me at all, don’t hesitate to message here or on my personal.
