Some people have attempted to paint me as some "deranged sociopath", "obsessed and madly" in love with one of my patients.
I would just like to point out that the term "sociopath" has not been been used in serious, academicly based circles for decades now.
Those people would probably argue that that's just semantic hair splitting, that fails to address their point. Were they still here with us, I would point out that it is important to keep our language accurate and scientifically grounded, otherwise we risk perpetuating out dated terminology and misinformation.
As for my "obsession" and "desire" with Violet, I really must protest; Violet is my patient as I have explained before. To become more than friends would be unethical, and affect my judgment regarding her treatment.
My dislike of "Commander" Horse-face Kiramman is absolutely *NOT* a form of jealousy and spite, born out of the bewilderment that Violet would chose *her* out of all people.
Even though Violet is too good for Horse-face, even though Violet deserves the world yet chooses the barren island that is Kiramman, *even* though Kiramman has not earned the right, I do not hate the "Commander" for such personal reasons.
I simply do not like her.
Anyways, I must prepare for dinner tonight, Violet is coming over, and that's always a reason to celebrate. Breaking out the old Ionian wines and dishes tonight; treat her to something new.
