평소에도 엄남편님이 요리를 종종 해주긴 하지만, 그의 비장의 무기인 돼지고기와 토마토소스를 뺀 요리이기에 동영상으로 남겨보았다. '목이버섯소고기볶음'인데 두반장을 베이스로 한 요리. (목이버섯과 소고기 모두 지난 손님맞이를 치른 후의 전후 재료들....) 맛은 좋았다! 기름이 많아 설거지가 힘들....😉
