Can you feel the chill?!? I can and it my favourite time of year. The uncomfortable heat is dissipating and a cool fall breeze starts to creep in. My mind starts to clear and I feel like myself again. I swear my one Yoga class has turned in to a weekly sermon, my teacher always has such inspiring words each week I can’t help but go just to have one hour of pure positivity. I have spent the entire summer selfishly doing everything for me and no one else. I needed a lot less of everything and a lot more of everything else. ( does that make sense?!?!) I took the path of “ if it felt good keep doing it” kind of like if it tastes good keep eating it...lol. And not surprising I felt better everyday. Each day I felt like I was taking control of my mind again and slowly but surely I felt like my old self was creeping back in. . And guess what? I have been slowly preparing for Fall @inland coming up Sept 21-22 .HoK will be there with a selection of your favourite fall hats and sweaters.
