Making helmet straps today. Each one is hand made by me. From cut the webbing to sewing the vinyl and riviting the complete strap. So all materials are USA sourced, I try to buy US made materials. The webbing, vinly, thread, d-rings and rivets come from downtown Los Angels. So what I do know is the vinyl, webbing and thread are US made. The d-rings and rivets are bought form US vendors. Some last minute things, before Born Free this Saturday and Sunday. Custom waxed a couple tool rolls for a couple ladies that requested them. People ask me how much my tool rolls wil hold. This my tools that I taking to EDR. Wrenches from 3/8"- 13/16" four screwdrivers, set of allen wrenches, 8" adjustable wrench, three pliers and some small stuff. You can put more in if you like. Made a quick battery hold down for the little Honda Rebel 250. Had to change out the bad battery that was held on with zip ties. 1/4" aluminum and two bolts nuts and washers. #helmetdivision #batteryholddown #hondarebel250 #honda #holdmedown #madeinsfs (at Bighead Motor Works)

Ronda the redneck has her paint on! Just have to final wire up the brake light, voltage regulator, circut breakers and Ronda will be done!!!!! Ready for Daytona Beach Bike Week 2015!!!!! And when she is there, my pretty lady friend Jillian is going to throw some fine lines on her to make her happy! I finished up Roberta today and took her for 5 mile test ride. She rode great, brakes work, clutch works, shifts and stops. She runs really strong. When I changed the chain, I also changed to a five stud adjusting hub long bearings and alloy pressure plate clutch system. Going to change out the chain on Roberta, but she won't shift so off the primary comes off. I found out when the chain broke it also cracked the rachet shifter hub and bent up sheetmetal cover. So now I have to get a new one. But a gaint plus it made it really easy to change the chain! Well was trying to take Roberta for a long ride today. But made it about three miles and the rear chain broke. Gotta love old motorcycles!!!!!!!
