New in my online shop today: Enamelled Copper Pendant 04 inspired by the Vibrant colours of India. I grew up in a country where vivid colours were a way of life, so it should be no surprise to anyone that I love bright colours. This is one of those pieces where I played with colourful enamel and this piece just emerged. Previous two in this series had red as the base colour, this one I decided to make orange. Vibrant Enamelled Copper Pendant 04 is approximately 5 cm round. The back of the pendant was enamelled in black enamel. If you feel like wearing a plain black pendant sometimes then definitely can! I will send this colourful pendant on a copper coloured plated chain as pictured. I crafted this wearable art cuff from copper salvaged from an old copper tank. Waste Not Want Not series: Metal upcycled from an old copper tank. Wearable Art Cuff LUNAR 10 is a good fit for 6 – 7 inch wrist. The opening is 1.4 inches. A cuff should be put on the wrist sideways (slide it over the narrowest part of your wrist). Cuff Width is 3.7 cm (approx 1.45 inches) at its narrowest point and 6 cm (approx. 2.36 inches) at its widest, on the ends. Reversible Enamelled Copper Pendant | POROUS 03 made from copper sheet off-cuts with holes punched out to create interesting shapes and effects. This was an experiment with plans to make a large statement necklace, but I liked the shapes so much I thought some pendants would look good to start with. A necklace will also be made, perhaps for the 2021 Stamford Arts Centre Exhibition, if I can. This pendant was enamelled using opaque glass powders in different colours in my enamelling kiln. One side has a combination of Teal and Sky Blue and the other Yellow, Amber and Brown. Both sides have a lovely speckled effect which I love. NEW! One-Off Paisley Copper Pendant with Little Flowers My latest Paisley Copper Pendant has tiny glass flowers scattered across the surface in lovely shades of blue, white and red. The base on which the flowers were enamelled was given a sprinkling of green glass powder. Then tiny crushed glass pieces were added to make up a bunch of flowers. I have enamelled the back of the pedant in a lovely blue-grey mixed enamel which does give it a granite like effect. If you fancied something simple one day then you could wear it the other way round. I will send this colourful pendant on a copper coloured plated chain with a magnetic clasp. Pendant Size: 5 cm long and 3.6cm at its widest. The pendant has been made with 0.97 mm copper shape, is a good weight and hangs beautifully on a long or short chain.
