Hunter Fire

I have a verse called “Henry has Two Daddies” in which Graham (before Emma comes to town) regains his memories and runs with Henry to find his parents.  Instead of Emma he finds Neal, and while he originally plans to just leave he stays at first for Henry, then he falls for Neal.  This is the verse.

"We should get some ice on that," Jefferson offered as he held out a hand to Neal.

"We should still put ice on it."  Jefferson nodded to his car.  There was a hotel around the corner.  Or he could, perhaps, bring the boy home.

"Thanks.  He should stay away at least a week, after that."  Neal touched his cheek lightly and got into the passenger seat of the car.

Maddie Donoven was a complete Gamer Girl and would play any game she could get her hands.She even completed Majora’s Mask no matter the fellow glitches.She even caught a glimpse of BEN but she didn’t really care.She enjoyed when he cought on fire.Instead of books her shelves were filled with games and her room filled with Video Game Posters.From Mario to COD.To Luigi’s Mansion to Alice Madness Returns.She had all kinds of game consoles even the new Oculus Rift.She sometimes even posts Lets Play’s on Youtube.One night she was playing Assassin Creed 3 when her file started glitching.She groaned in annoyance before saving it and retrying.Her mother left a few minutes ago to get some groceries while her dad was still in the army.She grunted in frustration as the same thing happened again.When her mother left she forgot to turn off the fire and it was now affecting the wires of Maddie’s game.She saved and retryed again until the game finally stopped in a black void.Maddie’s eyebrows furrowed and she threw down her controller in anger and confusion.She knew it wasn’t BEN because he would at least give her some sort of sign and she didn’t know of any people that somehow ended up in Assassin’s Creed.She turned up her music and sat on her computer chair spinning in light circles.She didn’t hear her mom come in or scream in fear for the music was a bit to loud.She walked back to her bed with her 3Ds in her hands.She opened to the main menu and started playing Oot not aware of her mother screams and the fire.She looked up from her game and back to the TV and saw that it was on.A grin appeared on her face and she put down the game and picked up the controller again.Instead of feeling cold from its abuse it was insteasd really hot.She waved away thinking that it was because it was running for a long time.She continued her game and completley ignoring the smoke coming from the wires.Her mom’s knocking became louder but she couldn’t hear her.She felt a jolt of electricity and pain as the controller got hotter.She gritted her teeth as she dropped the controller onto her lap.She picked it up again and resumed her game.A searing pain went through her palms as she looked down at the controller that burst into flames.She dropped the controller and yelped as her hands were left with very soft layers of skin.She was mad that her controller randomly burst into flames and that she would probably never play Video Games ever again.She examined the wire and unplugged the charger and a major amount of electricity coursed through her veins.Her eyes widened as she felt fire burning her left leg before she was transported to another world leaving her mother and her burning house behind. _____________________________________________________________________ A boy named Alfred just started playing Assassin’s Creed 3 when it started glitching.He sighed and called his dad.When he came into the room nothing appeared to be wrong.He told his son that he was probably playing the game for too long and it was messing up his eyes.Alfred sighed in protest but continued the game.It started glitching again but he continued.It glitched violently but he shook of the warning.He smiled in triumph when the game finally stopped glitching.He smelled smoke but just waved it off as his mother’s attempt to cook.He groaned as the TV shut off into a black void.He of course forgot to save his progress.He waited to see if it would show any sign of coming back on.When it finally did he saved his profile but he paused when he saw another saved game but he didn’t see it when he started.He shrugged it off and began to play the game.The controller felt a bit hot but he didn’t notice.He then felt a sudden electric current go through his body and he jerked his hands away.He took the controller cautiously and played again.The controller became hotter under his touch and Alfred jerked his hand away again his skin becoming raw on his palms.When he was about to to touch it again he saw the controller burst into random flames.His eyes danced across the controller before getting up.He tried to turn the TV off but the graphics on the screen wouldn’t fade away.He unplugged the charger and sighed and was about to head out of his room when he saw a silhouette of someone.He turned and his eyes widen when he saw an Assassin from the game behind him.You couldn’t see his face or hair all you could see was red.He swore he saw a grin from the unknown person.”Fire is your friend.”A feminine voice said cutting the silence.He was about to ask what she was talking about until he felt a sharp pain in his leg.He looked down to see his room had caught on fire along with his leg.He pleaded for help from the girl but she just watched him burn her eyes twinkling with red fire.Make sure there isn’t a fire going on if there is……evacuate especially if you happen to be playing Assassins Creed 3
