Tate knew he and Beau were going to win. Honestly, it was part of why he’d picked him to be his partner. Not only were they both physically pretty in shape, but they worked well together after being teammates in high school. Tate had just finished helping load the kayak onto a rack on the trailer that would take them back to town and waved to Beau before his eyes landed on Kenz. “Hey stranger,” he said softly, head leaning to one side as he took her in. “Y’all tipped the kayak again, didn’t ya?”

GREER’S CLOSET: MADISON BELLE BALL 2020

Does Greer Fontanella ever really follow the rules? When it comes to pissing off the Madison Belles, the answer is always no. She could have opted for a little less skin and a little more poof, but where’s the fun in that? Besides, her two-piece ‘ball gown’ from last year was such a hit with her boyfriend, @riggsbroughton, she couldn’t resist giving him a little bit more with this year’s outfit. You’ll find her clinging to Riggs all night long except for the two dances she shares with @austinxkirby. Their tradition only requires one, but he’s got a dance from last year’s deployment to make up for.

Greer isn’t big on wearing a lot of makeup or a lot of jewelry, preferring to let her natural beauty shine through. She keeps her makeup simple and opts for a nice, light pink lip color and some eyeliner and mascara. For her hair, she keeps it loose and naturally textured, mostly pushed over to one side in a way that screams effortless. The only jewelry she wears is her staple rose necklace, a dainty little golden thing she is never seen without.

LOU’S CLOSET: MADISON BELLE BALL 2020

In true Louella Dunn style, this dust storm rolls in and blows everyone away. Her smokey eyes and flowing, textured locks can be spotted flittering around the ball, making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. As the social planner of the Madison Belles, Lou is responsible for a large part of the night’s details. Growing up, this was surprisingly one of her favorite events. It’s even more special now that she spends months pouring over the details.

Nobody would expect such a statement of a gown for Lou, but she couldn’t help but feel drawn in to the green color that reminded her of the leaves of the trees in the woods on the Dunn Ranch. She cleans up good, and she’s ready to give this town one of the best nights they’ve had in a while. You can find her on the edge of the crowd, or slipping between spaces filled with laughing, happy people, with the slightest furrow in the space between her brows. No matter how many times you tell her that door to the storage closet locks behind you, she’s going to wind up stranded inside with the one person she’s been avoiding all night: @nicholasxgates.

Hunter’s Closet: Madison Belle Ball 2020

This is only Hunter’s third ball. He started attending a few years ago when a customer at The Booze Barn asked him to attend as his date, and it was actually fun. He isn’t big on spending a ton of money or anything, but renting a tux for the night isn’t too bad of a deal. He opted for blue this year, and he’s let his beard grow out a little more than usual just for this.

Hunter invited @morganvaldez to attend this year as his date. The best part of whatever is going on between him and Morgan is that neither of them is really big on relationships or labels. Hunt fully expects her to spend half the night in the presence of other people, and he’s okay with every part of that. It gives him a chance to hang out with @austinxkirby and @logankirby for most of the night.

Chesney’s Closet: Madison Belle Ball 2020

Chesney has attended every Madison Belle Ball since she turned 13. Her father has always splurged on her gown and made sure she had the best date lined up. The first time she picked her own date was her senior year of high school when she came with @romanmcgregor. Despite the two having not spoken in years, Chesney agreed to attend again as his date this year, or as close to a ‘date’ as she can get him to call it. Don’t let her date fool you, though, she is absolutely available for dancing and romancing.

She opted for a braided/ponytail combination hairstyle to keep her red locks out of her face. Normally one for natural-looking curls in her day-to-day life, Chesney loves the look of a pulled back hairstyle for more formal events. She didn’t necessarily need to have @audreymatt do this look but of course she went to see her favorite hair queen! Chesney will dance the night away and spend most of her evening at the side of @kenzie-davenport, @magnolia-bishop and @kennedyxkelley. There’s a high likelihood she will spend a solid chunk of time with @breezydanvers but more of her night will be spent watching the woman from afar.

ANNUAL BELLE BALL, 2020

Andy Harper will be attending with @laciecooper. He wears the same suit every year but it’s one of the only nice things he owns. Andy loves attending the ball every year, excited to see everyone around town in once space and admiring the good cause that the ball stands for.

TATE’S CLOSET: MADISON BELLE BALL 2020

When he asked @kenzie-davenport to finally let him take her out in public, and she finally agreed to it, Tate knew the Madison Belle Ball was going to be the perfect night. In true Mitchum style, he’s donning red in honor of the Madison Mustangs, but it matches the dress his date picked out perfectly. It better, he dragged her to six stores in Atlanta before they found the right shade of red. The red jacket over his white dress shirt and black bow tie atop the black dress pants is truly right up Tate’s alley. The suspenders are a nice touch, too.

He’s always loved the Belle Ball, a perfect opportunity to show off and work the crowd like the pro that he is, but this year it’s even more special. It’s the debut event for his relationship with Mackenzie Davenport, and while they’re not officially using titles yet, he’s pretty sure that this is going to be a night they look back on in the years to come with a lot of happy memories. Oh, and please pardon his joke about having three dates. He can’t help that @magnolia-bishop and @chesneyrags are tagging along most of the night.

Deacon’s Closet: Madison Belle Ball 2020

Deacon’s escorting his sister, @sadie-rae-james, this year to the Belle Ball. Normally, he’s ready to offer his other arm to his younger sister but @sydneyxjames has a date this year. Deacon plans on keeping a close eye on that situation, and he wants to believe the best of @zeke-dalton, at least as much as a protective older brother can.

You’ll probably notice him ping-ponging between kicking it with @breezydanvers and flirting with @averyxrobinson. At some point, he’ll wander over to catch @kennedyxkelley and will likely be completely wrapped up conversation with her for a while. When he finally heads out for the night, he’ll check with Sadie to see if she has a ride home so he can swing Kennedy home. Nobody will be surprised that he wakes up in her bed tomorrow morning.
