Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps

One of the most-celebrated drum corps of all time: Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps from Madison, Wisconsin! One of my personal favorites - this corps is one of the drum corps that got me totally vibin’ off drum corps (Madison 1996 - Life-Changing). Here’s the 2019 corps CRUSHIN’ it (as always) last season with their show “Majestic.” Last season was the final year of the corps long-standing Male-Only Corps tradition. I’m totally looking forward to seeing the corps’ future programs - and totally vibin’ that they decided to be more inclusive so more folks have the opportunity to expand the corps’ future possibilities for success.🤙

Still one of my favorite times when Madison Scouts blew the doors down (and the hair back) at DCI Finals (back in ‘95) - showing just how much raw power there can be in drum corps (no amplification needed).

I love the technical finesse & precision of all corps, but I have to say I love those moments when you can just enjoy the moment and it’s not about technicalities or points and it’s just about the excitement of the show.

These dudes have got that attitude - Eye of The Tiger, baby! hahahaha

One of my FAVORITE drum corps moments ever! The end of Madison Scouts’ 1996 show - “Malagueña” which to me is one of the most quintessential Madison Scouts shows in their history (and may be one of the most defining drum corps shows in general). ANOTHER awesome moment in Orlando (hahaha).

The entire show is phenomenal and full of so much power (insane soprano screamers on those high notes - Dear GOD)! One of the few shows that actually gives me an insane amount of goosebumps - just so EXCELLENT.
