chapter 6 of my first fanfic (the one I stopped writing for a month)
I smiled at my newsfeed as I saw Carlie's latest status, ' Dinner with the boyfriend.<3'
I knew Carlie would fall for Nick, she's my best friend, I know her better than she knows herself. I heard my door creak open, causing me to put my phone down lightly.
“Hmm, let me guess?” I smirked, knowing my other best friend's better than himself too. “So Madison Alamia got blown off by his bro Nick Mara for his second choice Carlie Andrews, so he comes to me.” I laughed at myself
“I brought McDonalds?” he smiled knowing my weakness for fast food.
“Then I gladly accept being a third choice.” I laughed sitting down with Madison on my couch.
I sat with Madison for an hour just talking and laughing about God knows what, when I noticed something. Madison's eyes had a special sparkle in them that I had only seen once before, when he was in his last long term relationship with his ex girlfriend Sophie. He loved her so much but, when he caught her cheating on him with Vinny Castronovo, his former dancer crew member who he didn't talk to in years, he was crushed. It took Madison 7 months to date again.
“You have really pretty eyes.” I shut my eyes tight, falling back on my couch. Shit! Shit, shit shit shit shit. Madison and I never really got emotional, we never talked about feelings or relationships. We kept it simple. But, now? Now I just broke down a wall that I've been trying to build up since I met Madison. A wall that was supposed to protect me from the truth. I was in love with Madison Alamia.
“You have really pretty eyes.” I heard Maggie whisper quietly. Then I saw her fall back in embarrassment. It was cute. I was glad Maggie complemented my eyes because I was just about to skip out the same thing but I was going to say more of
“Your lips look so soft.” Oh wait! Being the biggest faggot in the world, right after Maggie sat back up, guess what I said? Exactly.
My feelings for Maggie have always been very relevant. I've liked her since the day she met me. But, since I never wanted to ruin our relationship we already formed, I hid my feelings. I can already tell that won't work for much longer.
“W-what did you just say?” Maggie looked up at me, her eyes wide an innocent.
“I um, said that I, thought your lips looked um, soft.” Smooth Madison, real smooth.
“Well why don't you find out for yourself...” Maggie said before planting her lips onto mine. I was right, her lips were soft.
After Taco Bell Nick and I sat on the couch, Nick determined to make me watch Paranormal Activity.
“Ok, so let me just put the DVD in-” Nick started getting up
“No wait,” I cut him off pulling him back down. I wanted to kiss him again, this time without any interruptions. I watched his eyes widen with confusion, causing me to smile. I cupped his cheeks into my hands, gently kissing him. He quickly deepened the kiss. He nibbled my bottom lip gently causing me to open my mouth, allowing him to slip inside his tongue. Nick Mara was a good kisser. Nick gently laid me down, not breaking the kiss. I grabbed his hair as our tongues fought for dominance.
“God, you're beautiful.” Nick's warm breath said between kisses.
Nick was so good at making me feel special. Whenever I was near him I felt to confident and important
I broke the kiss with a smile, “Wow,” I said between breaths. “You're good at that.” I watched his lips curve into a perfect smile.
“I could say the same for you.” He chuckled, picking me up and sitting me down onto his lap. I wrapped my legs around his waist, my arms resting gently on his neck as I played with his hair.
I looked up into Nick eyes, noticing him staring down at me.
“What?” I asked him, my eyebrows furrowing together.
Before I could continue to question his stare I felt his soft lips meet mine once again
