I'm sure I'm not the first to coin "madjacketing" but I can't find anything so...
Madjacketing is a form of ableist and saneist testimonial injustice in which an individual or group's status as mad, mentally ill, neurodivergent or otherwise disabled or falsely labelling them as such is weaponised to discredit them and call into question their ability to judge their own experiences and reality.
Examples would include:
OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman and his family using his sister, Annie Altman's, mental health to discredit her allegations of CSA against him
TERFs suggesting that autistic trans people are confused and incapable of understanding our own genders because we're autistic.
The FBI diagnosing Malcolm X with pre-psychotic paranoid schizophrenia along with the countless other historical ways punitive psychiatry has been used against Black dissidents and activists, from the DSM-II having "protest psychosis" all the way back to drapetomania.
