"I've been meaning to ask you, Diancie…" Tsuru trails off for a moment, setting her teacup in its saucer as she turns her attention to inspect the crystals lining the other's head until her eyes fall on the jewel at its center. "You are royalty, aren't you? So should I be addressing you as Lady Diancie?" Now is as good a time as any to set the standard, seeing as she's gone out of her way to invite the princess to her home.
"I'd hate to be impolite, seeing as you must be of higher status than I am. Not that it matters here, mind you, but I do respect titles at least." And she respected Diancie enough to do her the courtesy.
