I just wanted to ask if anyone else has sudden outbursts when particularly frustrated. It’s pretty rare for me but on my really bad days where my adhd just seems out of control something really small will set me off. I’ll be reading a paragraph for something and get distracted and have to start over (pretty normal for me and I’m assuming many others) but when it’s something particularly important I’ll just start hitting my head on something. Is that weird? Abnormal?
