(Link in bio for more info)👌🏽 Swipe for more photos and recipe steps 😉 —————————- RECIPE INGREDIENTS (make 10-12 cookies) : 1⁄2 cup coconut oil 1⁄4 cup almond milk 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup arachide flour from @bioplanete_france 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup vegan chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chopped up) STEPS 1. Pre-heat oven to 180c/350F 2. Combine together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil & brown sugar, add the almond milk & vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 4. Combine the wet & dry ingredients, add the chocolate chips. 5. Roll into tbsp sized balls & place them on parchment paper on a baking sheet, then flatten them out a bit with your palm. 6. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until just golden (8 is a good timing for me) 7. Transfer to a cooling tray otherwise they would dry.
