Throwing another Paulie/Tommy rp plot out into the wild! Haven’t written for these two in a bit.

And i can be either of the boys but usually I prefer writing as Tommy <3

Plotwise, what about something where Tommy and Sarah are going through a tough time and they either break up pr get divorced. Tommy is, of course, distraught about it but Paulie is there to cheer him up and take him out frequently to make him feel better.

Eventually, Tommy realizes he feels more for Paulie then simple friendship. And a drunken night on the town has him a little loose lipped and tellimg Paulie exactly how he feels about him.

Maybe after that Paulie avoids him? He’s either dealing with internalized homophobia or just doesn’t know how to handle his own feelings. Until Tommy confronts him and in a desperate attempt to keep their friendship, almost breaks down as he asks Paulie what’s going on.

Which then leads go the two of them working things out :))

Thinking about sam and paulie again as usualllll

The two of them secretly pining for each other but Sam is dealing with heavy internalized homophobia of the time period and refuses to admit to himself that Paulie’s captured his heart.

When Tommy and Sarah get married and Paulie starts growing *sad*, Sam tries to ignore it because he doesn’t want to admit he’s feeling similarly. That Tommy seems so happy with someone he loves while Paulie drowns his loneliness in the free champagne offered at the reception.

And maybe he and Paulie have a drunken little fling in a closet hidden away during said reception. And maybe when Paulie tries to talk to him later on and bring up how he remembers the moment, Sam keeps shutting him down because he’s not into men and Paulie’s just a friend.

Paulie gets sadder, spends more time drinking and more time at the Blue Tropics. Time goes on and they grow apart, Salieri stops sending them on as many jobs together. And when Paulie finally cracks and robs the bank with Tommy, he’s greeted by a gun to his head by none other then Sam himself.

But before Sam can pull the trigger, Paulie grabs him, kisses him, forces him to confront how he feels and practically begs Sam to listen to him and feel the same 🙏🙏🙏
