okay so the MafuLuz DVD actually killed me so here are some things you should just know:
wait I’ll give you guys context first LOL basically Mafu and Luz are stuck in this mysterious house thing that magically keeps trapping them. The entire video is basically just them trying to get each other out of the traps (usually by solving riddles, answering questions, all that mind provoking stuff)
so back to highlights:
- there are lots of “Luz-kuuuun~” and “Mafu~”
- in the first “trial” Luz is literally stuck in a chained up coffin. Mafu has to figure out the code to the box holding the key.
- when he’s trying to figure out the code Mafu sits on the floor on his knees (like that “girl sitting” position people always ask him about) and its cute
- when Luz escapes the coffin and reveals himself there’s this cheesy as fuck effect with sparkles and filters and stuff aND ITS SO FUCKING FUNNY I COULDN’T STOP LAUGHING
- trial 2 is the one we saw on twitter, where Luz is chained to a chair and Mafu is throwing ping pong balls at him www and the challenge is just to throw the ping pong ball into a cup of water.
- mafu being mafu of course just screams and throws the balls erratically after a few minutes of actually trying (he gets it eventually)
- BUT WHEN HE’S FREEING LUZ HE SITS ON THE MAN’S LAP BEFORE USING THE KEY TO UNCHAIN HIM I’M SO FCADSJLFKDS
- third trial and Luz is chained to a chair...again....just in a different room...
- but Mafu’s like “why should I help you again” (not a direct translation btw) and Luz just begs him AND CALLS MAFU “MAFUMAFU-SAMA”
- next trial Luz has to save mafu but he fails wwww in the end he still gets the key anyway and when he’s unchaining mafu there’s this cheesy as fuck anime type music and he’s all like “daijoubu desu ka?” jdskldsaJKL THESE BOYS
