About the fan magazine

A while back I tried to start a project similar to Nuances from GM2, a magazine filled with articles about the world of GM4, like outfit showcases, segments on the locations in-game (like the cake shop and florist) and there were some cool fictional ideas too like creating brands for the makeup, writing articles on the main girls etc.

Unfortunately it never came to fruition because a lot of people left halfway and people started feeling less motivated (myself included). So:

TL;DR How many people would be interested in participating in this project?

You don’t have to have drawing or photo editing skills, nothing fancy like that. Even if you could contribute feedback or ideas I’d welcome it! Of course most of the work process will probably be done using Discord, but I’m fine with Tumblr messaging as well! And another note, I’d like screenshots to be done using only Styling Star (the latest game) for consistency!

Basically if more than 10 people react to this (liking, reblogging or replying) then I’m going to start up the project again in October!

Why did I just *now* realize...

...that season 13 was a soft reboot of the beginning of the series.

Animation World's September 1997 issue had Sam & Max on the cover, and talked about the upcoming cartoon at several points (such as the program used for the show, Animo). It also asked Steve Purcell what ten films he'd take with him if stranded on a deserted island.

Errrrr....I feel awful about the magazine not working out. I didn't know that a lot of people kinda ghosted you! I would've joined but I'm hella inexperienced with discord and I had no idea what it was (I still don't really know) and I am mobile only so it ruled out a couple of things. If you want to get started again, I would love to collaborate with you but once again I don't really know if I can use discord.

Ahhh it’s fine anon! Thanks for wanting to help out ^^ Most of us were just fumbling around doing our best but in the end, there were around 5-6 active members, so I stopped the project. I don’t think that I’ll start it up again anytime soon though… Unless suddenly a ton of people wanna help? Haha. It might happen since a lot of new blogs sprung up!

I will say though, that it doesn’t matter what platform you’re on - mobile or computer, Tumblr or Discord, I’d welcome any help! Thanks for messaging me <3 I’d love to collab with you when (or if) I start up this project again too!
