6.What colors, scents, sounds, objects, etc. remind you of healthy relationships (of any kind)? How could you use these associations to attract, strengthen, or destroy a relationship? I skipped doing these this weekend because I had a lot going on, now I am back on the 30 days traaaaain. Ok now I haven't had a lot of healthy relationships with people because i tend to mov eon pretty swiftly in my life. Meaning meaningful potential relationships are already razed before the sprouts get some sun. I have only a few people in my life i consider to have healthy realtionships. To save time I have chosen two. My husband and my bff. Ron: Colors: Burnt Sienna, Green, brown, and true blue. Sounds: The deep breath of uninterrupted sleep, laughter, bird whistles, reading aloud. Scents: tea, eucalyptus, orange, pine, mountain spring water Objects: snowboard, harmonica, comb, frying pan, climbing harness, bicycle Arianna: Colors: Purple, Yellow, Black Sounds: Singing, Italian accents, massive attack Scents: Polenta, Quiche, Diesel Objects: Yoga mat, face paint, contact juggling ball, waves It would be difficult to use any of these association to attract a new relationship since they are strongly linked to my memories with that particular person. But it an interesting exercise to think of what reminds me of a person. I guess to attract some new relationship I would pick things that represent the activities I would like to do with a new one. To strengthen the relationship or perhaps even psychic connection with the other person, these associations coul dbe used to make a poppet or to summon their "shade". Perhaps if we are far away we can both arrange the corresponding items and do the same ritual at the same time to build something of a silver cord to send energy along. To destroy a relationship or cut the ties, it would do nicely to round up said objects, place them on a raft and burn them out on water, so not only are the associations gone, but the ashes sink into the blackness of the deep subconcious.
