I've sat and joined loads of circles, (and ran out of yarn!!!) and I have 4 left over?! Whaaaaat? I've checked and today is the 157th day of the year, and I have 157 either joined or ready to be joined, so these four are just random circles. Even stranger, I can't even find in my note book which days these circles would have been made for. Is this a "the elves and the shoemaker" but with elves that crochet and haven't quite got the full information? There's no other logical explanation! I'm just glad Wool Warehouse are pretty speedy with their deliveries so I can keep going!

I am definitely my dad's daughter...

Me: Ahhh, hmm mysterious... :P

Dad: Strange things are afoot....

Me: the magic elves must be in season again....

Dad: .. for all through the night they scampered through the city, meddling in the lives and affairs of us mere mortals...

Me: ... in which they take our valuable possessions as souvenirs to show off...

Dad: .. to the great ancient gods of chaos, in the hopes of learning the hidden secrets of waffle making....

Me: ... but unfortunately nothing has impressed the ancient gods of chaos yet, and so the magic elves must continue to disrupt the lives of many innocent human beings until...

Dad: .. a hero or heroine rises from the people, wielding a mighty...

Me: ... thunderbolt sword that will conquer all mischievous doings and people...

Dad: ...and bring forth the light of a new age to all life everywhere.

We are so normal...
