Tonight I'm busy making the example paper cuts for the next Craft and Pudding Club. We've sold all the tickets so we should have 20 people through the door to eat yummy puddings whilst they craft. Basically, that's how my life in general! So pleased the idea is catching on. These designs were made by my super talented friend Rachel, from Cut Scenes. The guests don't know how lucky they are to have access to her wonderful designs. Can't wait for Friday?
Made this record player cake for my Dad's 60th birthday. Probably one of the more simple cakes I've made, but still proud of the result.

Happy 70th birthday to my father in law. Here is the cake I made for him based on a photo of his Irish Wolfhound as a puppy.
Happy Halloween! Had fun carving a pumpkin in the shape of my business logo. Was worth a go. It's two people reaching out for a star, rising out of an open book. Just in case you can't tell!
My sister in law is in hospital, waiting to be induced. I have stayed up to finish this C2C for the baby, who will be called Thomas (unless he comes out not looking like a Thomas, of course!). At 20 weeks they found that Thomas has cysts on his kidneys, and they were unsure whether it'll cause him massive problems and he'll need dialysis and transplants, or they'll totally disappear once he's born and he will be totally fine. Or something in the middle. My sister in law was due to be induced on Friday, but a scan today showed he hasn't grown since the last scan so she was taken in today. As usual though, the hospital have been "busy" so he's still tucked up inside her. Fingers crossed for tomorrow , and that both Mother and Baby will be safe and rested and healthy. Hopefully he will know that every stitch has been made with love.

Cupcake tower for my beautiful sister's wedding. Everything is handmade from sugar paste.
My sister married the love of her life yesterday.
All the sugar decorations for my sister's wedding are done. Now to make the cakes to put them on!
It's a curtain! Totally handmade by me. 7ft drop, blackout and thermal lining, pattern matched panels and the one on the left is totally finished! Ive never made curtains before so it was a bit of a risk doing these but I'm chuffed to bits with the result. Ive just spent the last three hours sat on the floor hand sewing the hem and I'm totally proud of myself and the finished result. Might take a break before I hem the right hand side though so it'll have to stay turned up for a few days.
Just some of the items bought so I can make a start on 110 cupcakes for my sister's wedding.
