i know nothing either. i only read some wikipedia but i was too lazy for this as well. i was planning on watching “Merlin” at least during this holiday... but here i am.. with my knowledge reduced to words like “holy grail”, “excalibur” and “round table” plus some names of the characters, who i obviously know nothing about.

i learnt a little when i made a fanmade trailer for season 5 (i bet everyone thought i was super familiar with Arthurian legends? xd) but i guess the rest i will find out watching the show. after all we don’t have to know all the stories they are taking a spin on, that’s why this show is mainly about Charmings and the rest of the group :p being a fan of Regina or really any other chacater or ship, for many people is enough to keep watching the show, not even knowing the theme story.

Yes. I didn’t reference it in the post but that is definitely one of the reasons I think it is more likely since A&E have connections to Lost.

Ah thanks! I think a Dark!Killian with a Dark!Emma would be really fun to watch and a great way to firmly put him in the hero column! I would be happy with a straight laced Lieutenant or a black hearted pirate. I am not picky!

Yeah the reach of it was really interesting to me. The way things move and blow up so quickly (and fade just as fast) is fascinating. We live in such a weird world. And the best is that there are people who will come into the debate days from now and I by then we might have two other memes live and die.

I didn't even try instagram! As I am sure you've seen by now it's all about the fact that the dress is overexposed in the original photo. People whose brains recognize the over exposure and compensate automatically see the blue black. But most people just see the white gold. Any way... Hopefully it dies soon!

I am trying to familiarize myself with the Chernabog now…and now am thinking I ought to just sit down and watch Fantasia...

While I do recommend the film, there's really nothing to learn about Chernobog in it. He's a big demon who calls a lot of little demons and the souls of the dead, they have a big party on the mountain. At dawn the church bells ring, and he goes back to sleep on his mountaintop. It's very cool, but not particularly deep. :) What Once is gonna do with him, I have no idea. Seeing as it's the premiere, there's a good chance that it's a throwaway reference for purposes of misdirection.

Me, I just want to know how he gets there.

It's completely unpredictable to me how the reblog window going to behave, and no option is really good. *sigh*. But we'll have a conversation anyway, dammit!

I'm pretty sure some of the BTS pics showed what looks like a "freeing people from the hat" thing. Whether it's going to be just the fairies and Mickey or everybody in there is a veerrrryyyy interesting question. I think Emma and Regina and Hook are in that shot? I'm curious as to whether they'll need a new tear, and if so where to get one. I would assume that Regina has the hat in the meantime, as the nearest thing to a magic expert with Rumple gone. Or perhaps Belle keeps them both, and Does Research. 

I would buy the Sorcerer and the Dark One as a thing going back many centuries. Lots of stars on that hat.

As for the Apprentice's warning to Rumple, that could mean two things. One, the Apprentice, at least, does not have future knowledge, and simply believed that Rumple could never do it. Two, what Rumple actually wants is to feel safe, and there is no amount of power that will accomplish that.

I'm good at back-analysis, not prediction. :)
