listen i fucking hate cartman but i have to give him credit for accepting tweek and craig being gay so easily considering how homophobic he can be, like his line “just because i don’t understand it doesn’t mean i shouldn’t support it” is probably the most important life lesson in the entire show cus it can apply to so many topics and the fact that it came from him of all people i just- i mean that one philosophy doesn’t completely redeem all the other messed up shit he’s done, but it does show that he’s not entirely evil or inhumane and that he does have a lighter, more mature side to him (even if it doesn’t show itself often) (i’m not even saying this specifically because cREeK uWU, regardless of which characters inspired that philosophy i’d remain just as proud of him for it)

N - Name three things you wish you saw more or in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice)

1. tyde, its validity is overwhelming

2. more awareness of the fact that directly addressing token as “the black” or similar is othering and racist (token is more than just his race and yeah the show itself uses him in tokenism (thus why we haven’t seen much character development for him which i hate cus he deserves so much more love and individual characterisation) but that doesn’t mean that we should as well)

3. similar to the point above, more awareness of the fact that directly addressing kyle as “the jew” or similar is othering and anti-semitic (like yeah he is jewish but like with token his religion and ethnicity shouldn't define him especially considering the amount of character development and exploration he’s had)

(for real though the last two points i personally feel are a massive issue in this fandom, in my opinion it’s because of cartman’s prominence and subconscious influence)

I have a lot of favorites!! My absolute favorite is Cartmanland! I love Stan’s protectiveness of Kyle and stopping at nothing to help him get better!

HumancentiPad. It’s the only episode of the entire series I haven’t been able to watch all the way through. I got about six minutes in and had to turn it off.
