Aubrey stood completely still. He raised his hands to signal that he didn’t have any of his guns. His breathing was short and raspy. Was he going to die? Was this it?! He attempted to look at who exactly was doing this out of the corner of his eye, but couldn’t see anything. He closed his eyes and simply hoped for the best.

Aubrey approached the other with a mask on, the one he wore when on jobs. He had his hand in his pocket and as soon as he got right behind Fumiya, he whispered something into his ear. "Sorry kid, it looks like today’s your last day." He said with a grin, raising the gun to his head. "Ya see, I’m a gunman. It just so happened that someone wants you dead. Bye, bye then!" He added with almost a happy tone.

〆 for a childhood story

She was 8 years old, and it was her first day of gym class in this school year. What a time to be playing dodgeball, right?

The kids all lined up as two captains were picked for the teams. Then, they were given the task of deciding who would go where. It was like a war, trying to decide which team would get Hiroko. Not because everyone wanted her, oh no, no one really wanted her there because they wanted to play with her. They were just terrified of being against her. Once she was placed on one team, all eyes became fearful, pleading to be put on the same team as her so they could avoid her wrath.

But this girl didn't care. This was her favorite game in gym for just that reason. Everyone was afraid of her, just like they should be.

When the game began, the opposite team seemed desperate to get Hiroko out as fast as possible, to save themselves the pain. But, of course, doing that only made her target those kids even more. Every time she managed to hit someone, she gave a dark smile and immediately picked up another ball to throw.
