thinking abt the eliot fen marriage again and it makes me so angry. how do u fumble two characters so bad. how do u take the only (from what i remember) canonically gay characters from the book series you’re adapting, the LESBIAN and the GAY MAN, and say Ok these two are gonna be married but the Lesbian is gonna be a Straight woman and kinda homophobia to the Gay man.
