The big library is always so... big. Anya really isn't sure why she keeps asking papa to take her there. She gets lost every single time without fail, and this time isn't any different. At least she managed to find something worth looking through; a book about bugs since she wants to know more about her new papa.
He isn't exactly a bug, but his arm sure is. And he's always so worried about it, so if she can prove she knows a lot about bugs, maybe he won't get so worried anymore. The only problem is...
I can't read this.
She's too distracted. Someone is thinking really loudly and she can't focus on pronouncing the words on the page for a beetle, and the scrambled words aren't making it any easier. It's hard to read while also trying to figure out what someone's thinking when their thoughts have a few words out of order...
Anya looks down the bench to a nearby girl, a very serious looking older one. The thoughts are definitely coming from her, though she has no idea what it is that she's thinking so hard about. But she knows that she must be new to the city. Anya really isn't sure why she thinks that, but it's probably a safe assumption to make.
Scientists in evil organizations love kidnapping people.
Slowly, she inches and scoots her way down the seat, dragging her book with her and trying to act nonchalant without an ounce of success.
She stares at the girl, then asks bluntly, "Did you get kidnapped by the evil scientist organization too?"
with prior reserve I'd like to apply as Agott Arklaum from Witch Hate Atelier! Her application can be found under /app or the navigation button on the sidebar
Welcome to Isola Radiale, Agott!
You will be staying in CONDO 404.
You will retain the ability to cast your pyreball seal, although the flame produced will be small, just the right size for cooking eggs for breakfast! You will also receive a blank journal and a fountain pen!
Enjoy your stay!

It was so great running into Justine Pierce, a contemporary modern artist, in Las Vegas during the fashion trade-show Magic. His aura was very, for a lack of a better term, chill. It was easy to have a conversation, though at the time our paths crossed there was an individual totally fan girling. It was charming to watch her overflow with excitement and for him to be so humbled by the experience.
He was unbothered while drawing his Pikachu creation and as those who passed by asked questions. I was saddened to not have been able to discuss more in person the rode and back story of the artist J.Pierce, but I do not give up hope that perhaps I will bring my readers a one on one interview in the future.
What I was able to learn was that he is now in Arizona, but his journey has taken him to the likes of Chicago and California. His artwork is very bold, bright and dare I say happy. Indeed the work is very modern, featuring characters from 90′s show Hey Arnold to Vogues Editor in Chief, Anna Wintour and syrups very own Aunt Jemima.
