Heeey I am super confused about all this steve/hydra/marvel stuff?? Who is calling steve a nazi and why?

In the first issue of Steve Rogers: Captain America (comic released today) Steve Rogers is revealed to have been raised as a Hydra agent. Apparently, he has  ~actually~ been secretly working for Hydra for the entirety of his comic book history. That’s it, and it’s incredibly stupid. If you want to read the comic without allowing Marvel to profit from this dumbassery, I have uploaded it here.

Hi, I love your stuff, but I would LOVE it if you added a link to the fic people are talking about in their asks when you reply--because I want to read them! And it's kind of hard to find

Understandable, and most of them are tagged “ficlet” so you can find them that way. If not, ask me about a specific one and I’ll see if I can find it. When I have time, the newer ones also get added to the master “tumblr fic” link post I have running on AO3 (I’m togina there). (Edit: @magpiemurph I updated the AO3 list, so hopefully that should help? If it doesn’t, definitely message me.)

I’m not going to add a link in all the replies, because honestly I have a limited amount of free time - extremely limited - and I’d rather spend it writing than cataloguing, but if you can’t find a specific one that someone’s mentioned via the tag or AO3 I’m happy to help!!
