no i was asking why people still subscribe to the idea that wearing pants=being a man=being dominant and that someone must always be the dominant man in a relationship because healthy relationships are about someone being dominant apparently

Women were pretty much barred form wearing pants in polite society for generatnois. It was A Thing for the women’s liberation movement to be lead by women in pants for a while.

While I’ll be the first to admit that there are definitely bad atheists, but atheism isn’t itself problematic. Plus there are people like my girlfriend, Heina Dadabhoy, trying to make it better.

I'm an atheist myself. I just can't deal very well anymore with atheist activists, and my own feelings about religion and religious people in general have changed a lot over the last year or so. Mostly, I just can't participate in or condone the wholesale condemnation and mocking of religious people anymore because I think that a great deal of it is classist, racist, and/or simply hateful with no real purpose or goal in mind.

I don't find it problematic to BE an atheist, but I think that specifically atheist activism actually MIGHT be inherently problematic.
