Do you think the Queens of the Night would have heralds or chosen servitors? A player in one of my groups announced he intends to be a devotee of Mahathallah and I want to be prepared if it comes up.

I don't think that they would be allowed to have their own unique heralds. Only Asmodeus gets a herald, and everyone else has various devils or other creatures that serve them and act as their staffers and minions. For Mahathallah, for example, a lesser planar ally of hers might be an imp with levels in alchemist and a knack for poisons, and a greater planar ally could be a gylou with racial Hit Dice to bring her to 18 HD and the nightmare creature template.
