Sims 3 Speed Build | Inertia Manor (Minimal CC Shell)

Inertia Manor is a large house shell that I built in Bridgeport. This house was made with my mad scientist sim in mind and it comes with all the space you need to make your own secret lab in the basement. I will be releasing another version of this house in the near future with the lab decorated, but that will involve more custom content than what is in this version of the shell. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs (besides Katy Perry Sweet Treats). If I missed any content let me know so I can update the links.

Sims 3 Speed Build | Inertia Manor: Lab Decoration (Minimal CC)

Inertia Manor is a large house shell that I built in Bridgeport. In this speed build we decorate the basement laboratory. As a note this house is pretty large and just by decorating the lab it took the total of the house to about 400,000. I hope your sims make money or at least have your Motherlode skills ready.

D & D Character

I am going to be playing D&D for the first time with some friends at work starting on Halloween. I am thinking human druid. Anyone got some tips or suggestions for a name?

New speed build soon...

I know I haven't done one in a while but my Sims need a new house meaning you get it too. This one I am pretty sure will just be a shell though, because I am making it for personal use, so decorating will be with tons of CC that I will never be able to locate for you.

I am hoping to post it sometime this weekend :)

Installing games on new build

I decided to go with reinstalling The Sims 3 through Steam to avoid having to deal with Origin. I will probably spend one more week installing all my games...but mostly I will use this as an excuse to organize all my Sims CC... Wish me luck on that 😉 But if you know any good places to get some new CC let me know. I haven't been on a download bindger in a while and I might need to update my knowledge.
