Thanks! I definitely want to get more experience. But I also fear this might make them think "we'll just take the other one who already has experience". :/ Like, I do have customer service experience, but not exactly this kind of. Is it a valid fear? Maybe not.

perhaps you could also say somethng about the role of the job? like: helpng customers or making thngs organized.or talk bout the company
