Today I ran my 5th #HalfMarathon of 2014, my 11th overall. I am so proud of my accomplishments. Never would I have imagined that I would be a runner. Thank you Tony L. for planting the seed and @jacjac77 for getting me started. 5 down, 5 more halfs to go for this year. Morning Gratefulness

As I drive into work this morning I'm reminded of how blessed I am . I am listening to Reach FM and the song "Live Like We're Dying" by Kris Allen came on. This smile on my face its unexplainable. I am filled with so much joy in my heart; I'm excited about the rest of my life. I wake up now with a sense of purpose, with an attitude that tells me I can achieve all things through Christ and through my own determination. I have been the only person holding me back. I have let fear of failure and fear of not being knowledgeable enough hinder my success. But not today! I am renewed. I am refreshed. Iam blessed. I'm a conqueror. Thank you God for this light inside of me, for what I feel when I smile from ear to ear, for how my soul feels when its filled with love, for the tears you bring which express my happiness I am blessed and I am thankful. Gotta tell them that we love them while we've got the chance to say! ♥ MaiDSTNY

How Will I Know. . .

How do you know you are doing the right thing in your life? Is your gift being utilized to the best of its ability or being used at all? I believe God and the universe give us clues when we've got things right and when we might need to adjust our plan. For instance, many of us experience deja vu. For me this is an out of body experience; something that I cannot comprehend. When I have these moments I believe God is letting me see that I'm on the right path. That I am supposed to be in that very space because my soul and my energy have experienced it before. We all know that our lives have already been mapped, every detail, every second, every moment has been carefully planned and when we experience deja vu, that's our soul connecting with our physical being. For my understanding, that is God letting me know that I'm living my life on purpose. He will also let you know when you might want to think about some things. There have been times I wanted to share my frustration with someone and when I dial the number it goes to their voicemail. Countless times I wanted to vent to a girlfriend about about my day and lose my signal at the start of that story. God letting me know not to exert energy reliving negativity. He stops me in my tracks, He allows me to regain focus on what was positive. Why must I share the pit of my day with someone, potentially bringing down their spirit? Instead, He shows me that my purpose is to share love, my purpose is spread positivity. So how do I know I'm doing the right thing with my life? God shows me. He sends me signs; the blow of the wind, the tune of a song, deja vu. He lets me know when I'm in the right space and has an automatic brake when I'm not. You feel it in your soul, you feel it in the atmosphere around, you just feel good when you're living your life on purpose. ♥ MaiDSTNY
