HE DOES SHOW UP AT THE END OF THE LEGENDARY QUESTLINE!! He doesn’t do anything tho as far as I know, he just kinda quetly watches you, which imo sounds kinda cool? In a way? I mean it makes sense for him to be kinda spying on the adventurer since they helped him out n all that He also showed up in  Admiral Taylors garrison. Not physically tho but there’s an entry about him showing up in Admiral Taylor’s garrison in his garrison log.

YEAH n I honestly don’t think that i’ve ever seen any1 look good w/ any shade of blue eheshadow on lmao :( it’s a shame tho ‘cus blue is usually such a pretty colour
