It’s Not Yggdrasil
this is an Adansonia, or Baobab tree. various types of these trees can be found in Madagascar, mainland Africa, and Australia. The focus on the shoreline and the color of the surrounding terrain leads me to believe that this zone will be based on Aboriginal Australian mythology, especially the belief of the Murrinh-Patha people of the Dreamtime, a sort of world beyond time//afterlife. Now, I understand that I am WAYYYY out of my depth to talk about this kind of stuff, buttt considering such mythology prominently features a sort of “rainbow serpent”....perhaps we could be seeing the gods again, sooner than we think?
I'm sorry if I don't participate in tag games so much:( I fear that y'all actually don't like it when I excessively tag y'all so;;; )
But also, I am scared that I'll have too much fun doing tag games that I'll suddenly run out of ideas for the dialogue prompt(whatever they are) stuff I'm doing;;;
(Idonthavemuchridiculousdialoguepromptideasnowadays)
Anyway I love y'all, don't stop tagging me :>
i just realized that on this day alone i've used more brain power than i had the entirety of 10th grade and it's only because i'm writing fanfiction. this is going to send me spiralling someday i'll probably (definitely) have several breakdowns in 11th grade this year
Okay....so, i was re-reading and once i reached chapter 31 something caught my eye. Please look at this part;
“On the flip side, if he kept using his left side’s flames for too long...i wonder what would happen!?” Yes, what would happen? We already know (as it’s also said above) if he keeps using his right side, he gets frostbite himself. Therefore he isn’t completly immuneed against ice, it can only make us believe it’s the same with the fire. But, If he overuses his fire the ice won’t be able to help like the heat does, it will most likely melt instantly. What will happen then? Start burning his skin? That would definitely leave scars.
Which brings me to something else.
Dabi. We still don’t know what caused him to end up with those horrifying scars. We don’t know if they’re burn marks, but with that they could very much be. I believe a good amount of people think Endeavour left him with those, which makes the “Dabi is a Todoroki theory” more believable. Still, now we can also guess his quirk went out of control, and seeing his flames are supposed to be blue/purple making them way hotter than the normal ones, it makes perfect sense if that’s what caused them. Honestly, that brings even more to the Todo bros theory, this all might have happened when he was still a kid, while training with his father. It could’ve left Endeavour, Todoroki’s mom, the other brother, Fuyumi and Shouto thinking he hasn’t survived, while he has.
But in the end of the day only time can tell, i hope the next arc revolves around him.
finally home! dont expect much from me tho imma probs just play da i and watch anime
