And so it begins!! The first of the 5 Maine Brigade birthdays of 2017. @lilybullitt you already know how much I love you!! How much I appreciate the past (almost) 24 years of friendship that we've shared. So I'll just mention 1 memory that illustrates how lucky I am to get to call you one of my oldest and dearest friends. I will NEVER forget that day in 8th grade when you showed up unannounced to my house (after I had gone home from school crying) with a card and a Hershey's bar and the most needed hug ever. To you it wasn't a big deal, maybe not even something you'd ever think about or remember, but I think about it every time I think of how awesome you are, how caring, thoughtful and how fucking WOKE you are. Never stop being who you are - you are such a beautiful and old soul. Thank you for years of support, laughter, and Judy cookies (her mom literally makes the best cookies on the PLANET 🍪🍪🍪) I'm sooooo grateful for you!
