“Lan Zhan.”

The name tastes weird in Lan Wangji’s mouth, dusty, unused. It reminds him of the jasmine perfume his mother used to wear - floral, heady, intimate. Like a secret. He still has a flask of that perfume, stored away in one of his bedroom drawers, together with the childhood name no one uses anymore since his mother’s passing.

He doesn’t know why he offers it up to Wei Wuxian to know; he just knows that he wants the other man to keep it safe.

...I recognise that's not really dialogue, so I technically replied to 3 instead of 4. but I really cannot decide on a piece of dialogue.
