Lust lacks luster
My mind cannot expect my body to be directed accordingly if my mind gives in to the direction of my body. If I choose not to participate in sexual activities with another person then I must also withhold these activities from myself.
My mind tells my body to practice discernment, but my mind strays from this path when I subject myself to porn or sexual fantasies. The mind must prove as an example for my body, so that my body may naturally follow suit.
If my mind speaks wisdom onto my body then ceases in practicing said wisdom, my body will stray since it no longer has an example on which to study. To instead promote fluidity of mind and body connection, my mind must realize that I should not think thoughts of another woman of whom I cannot physically have sexual relations. If my body hasn’t done it, then my mind must not participate as means of honoring the fluidity of mind and body.
So if my mind holds true to this concept, then my body will follow suit and be pure in nature because it was given a proper example on which to replicate. I can then use this development of self discipline to apply my body to other endeavors of which my mind deems purposeful and long lasting.”
